As the person responsible for running 3 TV channels Mňam, Hobby, and Mňau. I'm head of developing and implementing programming strategies for each channel, taking into account the target audience. Scheduling and overseeing the production of all content, including original programming, acquisitions, and syndicated content. Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote each channel and increase viewership. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the channels remain competitive. Analysing data and market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement and attending industry events, conferences, and meetings to network and stay informed.My job is to ensure that the channels are performing at their best, engaging and attracting viewers, and generating revenue for the company. You are responsible for leading a team of professionals to achieve these goals while staying true to the vision and brand of each channel.

The scope of my cooperation is the development and implementation of new technologies in the field of energy with a focus on interconnecting national energy grids via subsea HVDC interconnectors for cross-border energy trading. We are involved in the development of services for other affiliate companies, such as OHM Energie focusing on smart grids and the application of blockchain technology in energy.

I specialise mainly in event management of the events mentioned above and communication with visitors and press.

HBO (Home Box Office) is a commercial television station. Apart from scheduling Hollywood and Czech feature films presented shortly after their release in cinemas, HBO’s programme includes mainly original series and film productions. It also shows documentaries, film magazines, portrayals of film stars, behind the scenes and documentaries of concerts of international and local music stars.For more than two years, I processed the daytime broadcast of channels HBO, HBO 2 and HBO Comedy for the Polish market. It included communication with the Polish Marketing Department, Hungarian production and the check-in facility in accordance with the Czech programming department.

E-commerce Association (APEK) is formed by companies and entrepreneurs within the field of electronic commerce that aim systematically to promote the development of e-commerce in the Czech Republic. The members list contains the largest Czech online stores, leading software companies and financial institutions.I held a position that combined communication with customers, members of the association, journalists, while preparing articles and updates about the field of e-commerce.

Prima is a Czech commercial television station. Licensed to broadcast since 1992, the first broadcast did not take place until 20 June 1993 under the name of FTV Premiere. The broadcast went countrywide in 1994. It is operated by FTV Prima, owned by FTV Prima Holding, with major shares by GES Media Europe and the Swedish company MTG.I was a part of the programming team that helped launching a successful station Prima COOL in April 2009, the management and development of which was my priority for the next two years. In 2011, I also participated in the launch of the channel Prima LOVE and transformation of the main channel Prima Family.

UK Media is the largest independent university-wide student association at the Charles University in Prague. It runs “UKáčko.cz” portal with daily updates and rich content. Being the largest of Czech universities, the Charles University academic community is the target group of 50,000 students attending 17 faculties. In addition, the association publishes a printed magazine “Sociál“ at the Faculty of Social Sciences and runs the portal “FFakt“ at the Faculty of Arts. FFakt was founded in early 2007 as a printed monthly created by students of the Faculty of Arts at the Charles University.During my studies at the Charles University, I was the chief photographer and partly also the editor of the emerging magazine “FFakt”. I also helped with the logistics and distribution of the magazine itself.

The Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic (ASCR) is a state organisational unit encompassing a complex of research institutes in the Czech Republic engaged primarily in basic research. The Institute of Art History of ASCR is one of the public research workplaces associated in the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic. Its aim is to carry out research in the fields of the history and theory of the visual arts, aesthetics and architecture. The department staff participates in various domestic and international research projects and collaborates with a number of scientific institutes and experts at home and abroad.As an employee in the library of the Institute of Art History, I had the opportunity to participate in the research for many publications, or assist the students of visual arts in their search for study material. At the same time, I took care of the library collection and handled courier services between our and other libraries.
