Staying up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the channels remain competitive. Analysing data and market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement and attending industry events, conferences, and meetings to network and stay informed.My job is to ensure that the channels are performing at their best, engaging and attracting viewers, and generating revenue for the company. You are responsible for leading a team of professionals to achieve these goals while staying true to the vision and brand of each channel.

It included communication with the Polish Marketing Department, Hungarian production and the check-in facility in accordance with the Czech programming department.

I also helped with the logistics and distribution of the magazine itself.
