• Project Handled: Levis Strauss & Co.• Handling escalations on HR issues – Benefits (Death, Retirement, Leaves, Salary, Vision, Dental)• Reporting Service Level/Delivery and Agent Performance• Taking care of all exit formalities of Levis employees• Assigning priorities and deadlines for the team (workflow’s)• Ensuring compliance with government regulations (ERISA - Employee Retirement Income Security Act)) to include responding to court orders eg.
