Administrative Service Organizing and Supervising the work of the church office. Managing office and custodial staff, including scheduling and day-to-day supervision.Managing contracted services; arranging and supervising the acquisition and maintenance of equipments; and overseeing ordering of supplies.Maintaining files of all church activities and legal documents. Financial management and reporting; Monitoring financial, and numerical growth and patterns. Supervising programme Logistics and Planning.budgeting, financial and database systems administration and back-up staff motivation, communications, performance coaching and evaluation, and general supervisioninformation technology management and operations Asset ManagementSupervising and managing maintenance of church buildings and grounds.Plans and budgets for maintenance and repair of church property.Negotiates contracts for maintenance and repair services (such as plumbing, electrical work, mechanical works and air conditioning, etc.), monitors the quality of these services, negotiates adjustments when necessary, and approves payments.Human Resource Management Managing of the church’s Human Resources program, including monitoring of employee salaries and benefits and periodic review and revision of the Employee Handbook. Maintains necessary personnel records and administers the annual performance appraisal process of all church employees. Conducts performance appraisals of custodial and support staff members. Serving as a liason between church staff (both employed and volunteer staff) and Church leadership
