This role was a six month contract to perform three functions;1/ an analysis of the current online learning environment, with the aim of providing recommendations on future steps to ensure that the business needs and goals were met.2/ the development of eLearning content and the development of processes, standards, guidelines and templates.3/ the up skill of learning and development staff in eLearning content design.Key responsibilities included;• Engage internal stakeholders to understand the current environment and uncover the business needs• The analysis of the current online learning environment• The development of a business case based on the analysis, that includes recommendations for next steps.• Meet with vendors to discuss requirements.• Prepare a RFP for distribution to vendors..• The development of eLearning processes, guidelines, standards and templates.• The development of eLearning content that includes process, software simulation and product knowledge using Articulate Storyboard.

Hosted pub trivia once a week for an audience of between 30 and 60 people.

Key responsibilities include;• Work with stakeholders to identify the correct solution for their needs.• Work with external vendors in the development of eLearning content.• Project management of eLearning content through all stages of development – including scope, design and evaluation.• Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy of content and incorporate feedback.• Manage multiple projects within the business.• Manage the upload and ongoing maintenance of SCORM compliant content and assessments on the LMS.• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the LMS environment.• Perform testing and assist in the roll out of new LMS features.• Manage enrolments and learning paths for eLearning content.• Mentor instructional design staff in eLearning practices and software.

Key responsibilities included;• Design New Starter Programs (NSP), including course outlines, exploring opportunities for blended learning and liaising with Stakeholders to determine requirements.• Development of NSP content in Microsoft Word, Adobe Photoshop and Captivate, and Articulate Studio.

Key responsibilities included;• Create, review and modify training materials (manuals, PowerPoint’s, eLearning and trainers notes).• Participate in project teams to develop learning materials for new products.• Project manage new product launches in to the contact centre• Create eLearning modules using Adobe Creative Suite, Macromedia Flash and Corel Draw.• Use web conferencing programs to facilitate training interstate and develop material to utilise web conferencing features.• Deliver specialist training to Team Managers.• Deliver induction training to groups of 8 – 12.• Liaise with stakeholders regarding ability levels of trainees, their suitability for the role, and future training needs.

I was a member of the original project team to create and implement the Quality Listening program. The aim of this program was to identify consultants’ knowledge and skill gaps and outline how Team Managers could coach staff to fill these gaps. One of my roles in this program was to train the Team Managers in identifying knowledge and skill gaps.Key responsibilities included;• Quality Listening trainer for a service department• Trained managers in how to listen for Knowledge and Skill deficiencies• Presented the Call Quality program to all service consultants• General Quality Listening duties
