My first entrepreneurial venture "PHOP", began as a mini project, not with commercial intent, but as a journey to truly understand the startup experience. We deliberately chose a challenging segment, aiming to connect shops and street vendors with hostel students in Knowledge Park III, Greater Noida. Through our efforts, we successfully reached over 100+ outlets and engaged more than 2,000+ students. Over the course of 5 operation and 2 research months, we gained invaluable insights into the process, its challenges, and potential solutions. Ultimately, we concluded our work with a rich understanding and a sense of accomplishment.
