As the Executive Director of The Ari Impact, I’m dedicated to creating inclusive opportunities for neurodivergent individuals. I lead our organization in providing essential services like housing solutions and career training, all while fostering a supportive community. Advise clients on strategy for marketing new and existing products. Perform market research and review factors such as pricing, distribution and marketing communications and recommend strategies that will improve profitability and market share.Work with clients to market products through building and maintaining brand awareness, assisting in lead generation and data mining activities, and monitoring pricing/product mix options. Provides ongoing support for marketing programs.

Perform analysis, testing and review on work product produced by the Information Technology department to ensure that it is correct and valid. Coordinate with the account managers for any data items that need to be reviewed. Coordinate test results with the implementation and development team.

Analyze and review data, Execute clerical tasks i.e. filing, organizing records and reports, Calendar management and client cold calls. Provide instructions to clients to assist in product satisfaction. Work independently and efficiently. Maintain consistent ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Manage a team of 10- 15 people, establishing Strong team orientation and collaboration skills. Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships with community leaders. Oversee new hires interviews, recruitment and orientation.

Help manage stockroom and sales floor. Highly proficient in customer service and irate customer de-escalation. Successfully and independently opened and closed stores without a problem. Responsible for holding and protecting store keys and alarm codes. Performed duties such as employee scheduling, placing products order and maintaining a clean and organized retail store.
