As a Digital Project Manager, led a project for a website revamp on a group level overseeing eight countries' websites under one network, managing at least five language variants, and handling large amounts of data, including 100+ custom fields, 1.5K+ posts/articles, 20k+ SKUs, and backend system integration with CRM and ERP. The project involved 350k+ digital assets, such as images and videos, and various conditional-logic, such as geo-fencing, multi-lingual, user permission, and compliance with strict brand partner guidelines.Responsibilities included conducting an in-depth industry review, benchmarking the competition, and assessing business needs across multiple regions. The project also involved reviewing and auditing the entire website, mapping user journeys on multiple touchpoints, and ultimately constructing a statement of objectives and scope of work. Additionally, I organized the RFI and RFP process professionally with world-class agencies.Key tasks included studying and diagnosing the current website, establishing industry benchmarks, coordinating cross-department collaboration, prioritizing internal questionnaires and user interviews, identifying potential user experience enhancements with omnichannel and internal system integration, defining digital capabilities, identifying feedback at all levels of management, translating requests into a common language for the scope of work, identifying portfolio/experience-match agencies, conducting RFI and RFP phases, coordinating with the selected agency to produce a complete roadmap, budget, and timeline, building a dashboard to track project advancement, and providing documentation at every stage for continuity and future reference.
