I emphasize team building events, and fostering innovation with Hackathons, lunch and learn presentations, Meetup participation, blog posts, tech debates, and other activities to give the organization a sense of excitement and open discourse.Given my background in technology and architecture, I am comfortable working directly with customers and partnering with Product Management and Marketing to set product direction while providing architectural direction for the organization. My organizations have a clear technical strategy and a sense of overall direction still with room for unexpected innovation.
