The Jelli platform and applications produced 100% user-controlled FM radio broadcasts. The platform was flexible and robust, and evolved to also deliver "just in time" advertisement spots to radio stations. Jelli was purchased by iHeartMedia in 2018.I joined the company at its inception to lead the engineering effort. I led by day, and coded by night (Java, Linux, Apache, MySQL, AWS). Among it all, I collaborated to create product and technical visions, built and managed the in-house engineering team, created engineering processes and infrastructure, and ultimately led engineering efforts through successful product adoption by dozens of FM radio stations.

Progio Mobile produced the Progio Training Companion - a novel handheld fitness device driven by online infrastructure.Created technical vision and led its execution. Built and managed in-house engineering team. Managed outsourced engineering related to the design and manufacture of mobile device hardware and firmware. Functioned as system architect and a lead software developer (.NET, Windows Server, Windows CE, SQL Server). Fostered and provided technical management of several corporate partnerships.

Waterfall Networks was developing an application layer switch for delivery of real-time multimedia communications, to be used by Internet and telephony service providers.Researched and proposed short and long-term client-server-client video streaming solutions. Designed and implemented video integration with RealNetworks technology.
