I'm experienced with Conversation Discovery, a social media research technique I developed for Disney that is being used to this day, Jobs to Be Done (JTBD), which reframes the meaning of competition in a more customer-centric way, as well as classic quantitative and qualitative research methods. LEARN: Through listening I seek to learn what the decision-maker’s greatest threats, fears or pains are and how they are currently seeking to address those issues in their lives.LEVERAGE: Then I help identify and document the unique product or service benefits that address the decision-maker's threats and/or fear and are uniquely offered by the brand or organization. That's where insight meets strategy and strategy becomes action.
