- Manage the daily operations for the Army's Cyber Center of Excellence- Lead a team of over 20 Soldiers, Department of the Army (DA) Civilians and contractors to train up and develop the future leaders and technicians for the Army's growing Cyber programs- Reorganized section to create efficiencies and more clearly define roles and responsibilities- Processed over 300 Task Orders- Reduced overdue products / tasks by over 20%

I led the Army's Protection Program. This program is comprised of 13 elements that ensure our Army's organizations can mitigate and respond to domestic threats and incidents. This allows me to lead two different dynamic teams. One that is home-based, and on that travels. My home-based team of 4 manages the scheduling of the traveling team as well as the detailed briefing presentation and analysis of the Army's protection requirements and programs across 29 commands. The traveling team is comprised of 9 Subject Matter Experts from across the Army. I lead, consolidate and present the comprehensive state of protection for Army Commands across 12 elements of protection to include Cybersecurity, Anti-terrorism, Critical Infrastructure, Operations Security, Emergency Management and Health Protection.

- Managed 2 National Level programs: Joint Incident Site Communications Capability (JISCC) & Joint Information Exchange Environment (JIEE)- Lead synchronization and implementation of assets over 30 sates during hurricanes Harvey, Irma and Maria- Lead a team of 13 people that supported and facilitated these programs- Was awarded two Joint Commendation medals for service, expertise, and leadership while serving in this position

Responsible for the plans, strategy and integration of cyber capabilities for Army forces; coordinates with multiple Army higher headquarters to address issues associated with the capacity build of the cyber mission forces, the institutional framework, cyberspace equipment, and facilities; Serves as the FORSCOM staff lead for cyberspace and electronic warfare (EW) operations. Reviews and advises on plans and strategy-related doctrine and publications.

Lead and manage a staff of 5 primary staff with over 150 personnel. These 150 personnel are a diverse group of civilian contractors and state employees as well Military personnel. I am second in command of a 22-building facility of over 45,000 square feet of training space sitting on over 50 acres. I serve as a Liasion between the facility and HQDA entities (primarily the National Guard Bureau) as well as the Army's Combined Arms Center and the Military Leadership for the state of Kansas.

Made recommendations on all matters having to do with Army National Guard Signal/Communications, Electronic Warfare and Cyber to include but not limited to stationing, training, equipment fielding and force design changes. Integrated doctrinal and strategic changes through all appropriate documentation processs.

Coordinated and planned a high profile visit of 5 Governors and the Chief of the National Guard Bureau. Served as an operational advisor to United Forces-Afghanistan regarding mobilization, training, force management and mission profiles of National Guard forces assigned to the Afghanistan Operational Area. Tracked and maintained current and future operational information related to National Guard units in that operational area.
