Kai has worked in the Arts for the entirety of his career, training in Production Arts at South Essex College. Beginning his career as a technician at a local Arts Centre, Kai has gone on to gain extensive professional experience in a multitude of roles within theatre and the arts, from venue and programme management to directing and producing as both an in-house resident and as an independent freelancer.As the Founder and Co-Director of Quite Good Theatre, he has produced a variety of theatrical productions across the UK including mountings of RENT and Songs for a New World, alongside a number of concerts and cabarets with some of the industry's biggest names. Prior to founding Quite Good Theatre, Kai has also worked as an Assistant Director with New Town Films at Three Mills Studios, as Operations Manager at Colchester Arts Centre and is Co-Founder and former Operations Manager of The Musical Theatre Centre.During his career in the theatre industry, Kai has worked in a multitude of roles at a number of world-class venues in the West End and beyond, including Shakespeare's Globe, the Shaw Theatre, the Mercury Theatre, the Novello Theatre and Theatre Royal Drury Lane.
