I'm incredibly energized by meeting new people and being in large groups. Telling people about the amazing place I work and helping them find where they could fit in is something I am passionate about. I'm a creative worker who always is looking for new ways to do things. I take pride in my ability to build relationships with people and strive to be the best team player possible by utilizing each person's individual skills and talents.I feel as though you can't over communicate things and make an effort at creating clear communications and trainings on our intranet. As our processes improve and trainings advance I update our intranet and design more user friendly pages. Breaking down silos across the organization is always a huge task and I strive at doing just that. I worked with people from all the city's departments and people outside the organization to launch our organization's first engagement survey. I collaborated with leaders on implementing changes based on these results. Recently I was appointed co-lead for our organization's DEI committee. When our organization was redoing our intranet, I worked closely with Information Technology on building all the Human Resources pages (and there are alot of them!)
