I've led this multi-7-figure DTC brand as its CMO for almost a year, during which I 4x-ed the profits in less than 6 months.I've been tasked with managing the entire marketing team, including recruiting and training, and planning & coordinating the brand's efforts.I also took additional responsibility for managing all the technical and website-related work. I led a complete website and brand redesign, as well as custom development projects spanning multiple months.

I pioneered the subscription box business model in Romania with DogBox, a startup that I co-founded. I was in charge of marketing, growing the company month after month.We won a European Union grant competition and received funding of over €30,000DogBox was featured in the news several times, both on TV and in newspapers.
