As an Operations Manager at Envirosense, I oversee the end-to-end execution of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) projects for plastic and e-waste compliance. I manage a team, who liaise with clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities to ensure timely and quality delivery of EPR services. I also monitor and report the project performance, budget, and risks, and provide recommendations for improvement and innovation.I have more than two years of experience in the EPR and waste management domain, having started as an EPR Executive at Envirosense in September 2021. In this role, I was responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, such as FMCG, electronics, and packaging companies, and providing them with customized EPR solutions. I also contributed to the business development of the company, by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, creating proposals, and negotiating contracts. During my tenure, I successfully handled multiple EPR projects, exceeding the client expectations and generating positive feedback and referrals.I hold a Master of Science in Environmental Science from Shri Guru Ram Rai University, where I graduated with distinction in May 2021. I also did a summer internship at Dehradun Municipal Corporation, where I assisted in the planning and implementation of a solid waste management project for the city.I am passionate about creating a positive impact on the environment and society, by promoting sustainable and responsible consumption and production.
