Commercial development will involve a fresh approach to marketing our key services; exploring, opening and maximising existing and new revenue streams; working closely with all teams in the organisation to help us achieve a circular economy, a more economic approach to our events and yes; hiking around exhibition centres around the world. Responsible for Identity’s growth within the exhibitions industry and the development of a new business strategy for the organisation. During my time at Identity, I successfully increased their portfolio and scale of international exhibition installations, adding over 18 global locations to the map and their largest exhibition projects to date. Introducing a vertical market strategy on the rapidly growing iGaming industry, their footprint within this sector grew significantly year-on-year, proudly securing a World Exhibition Stand Award in the process.

Working with industry leading PR and marketing agencies, responsible for the delivery of a large variety of brand orientated events. Leading teams from 2 to over 200 staff, duties range from basic operations to full life-cycle planning, logistics and implementation of low budget, one-off events to multi-million, flagship projects for some of the worlds greatest brands.
