I am a Public Relations Officer at Government of Malang City, where I develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns, communications, and content to promote the city's vision, mission, and values. I collaborate with various stakeholders, such as media, government agencies, and community organizations, to create positive and engaging messages that showcase the city's achievements, initiatives, and opportunities.With over five years of experience in marketing communications, I have a proven track record of helping dozens of SMEs in the culinary industry grow and expand their business with a minimum income growth of 30%. I have also created marketing development programs for state-owned enterprises, such as PT Telkom Indonesia and PLN Jawa Timur, and written marketing strategy books for the Ministry and Agency of Tourism and Creative Economy. In 2020, I published my own book, "LaperPreneur", a practical guide for culinary entrepreneurs, based on my experience and tips in increasing my clients' sales from tens to hundreds of millions. My book is registered in the National Library of Indonesia and has received positive feedback from readers and reviewers.I hold a degree in Business, Management, and Marketing from Universitas Merdeka Malang, and I am always eager to learn new trends and techniques in marketing.
