Everyone has memories of an online community they loved -- and those that helped maintain its safety. Throughout my life, I've been that person. I am passionate about helping people and making sure everyone feels secure in the communities they love. From old school platforms like ThePalace and UBB Boards to more modern venues like Twitch channels and guild enforcement, I have seen and done just about everything when it comes to community safety. From small, closely-knit communities to communities of 100 million monthly active users, I've been able to use my knowledge and skills in this venue to help create atmospheres that are fun and safe for everyone. Working at Roblox since 2011 has afforded me the honor of helping to cultivate a fun and safe community for all ages from a variety of angles: content moderation, customer service, brand protection, and team management. As the company continues to grow, we are faced with unique challenges of scaling up and going global, and I could not be more excited to be on the front lines for it! In my spare time, I create awesome graphic art for twitch, youtube, and various social media platforms to help communities shine and drive user interest. I love audio editing and am adept at editing for podcasts, music, and more! As a moderately skilled singer, I have a penchant for broadway and operatic pieces. I'm always down for karaoke!
