•Working along with end-users and IT specialists on improving and enhancing the current clearing systems for The Stock Market operating under Istanbul Stock Exchange •The analysis of project requests from end-users•Development of Preliminary Project Scope Requirements by contacting end-users and IT specialists •Management of getting approvals from IT specialists and end-users by using HP Service Manager Tool•Creating test scenarios and conducting programming tests to find bugs and the reporting of the test results•Serving as a liaison between business units and IT specialists •Updating the documentation of the projects involved on a regular basis

•Supply chain management activities (planning, buying, logistics, and warehousing) regarding both company owned and imported brands (350 sku, 35 brands and a volume of 500 containers / year).•Distribution of the those brands to both export and local channels ( 50.000 m3 and 100 million Eur per year)•Redesigning of existing processes based on the analysis of improvement opportunities, using benchmarks and best practice techniques.

•Work with business owners to identify requirements for enhancements, interfaces, reports & data conversion.•Perform implementation & on-going support tasks including application testing.•Validate data conversions.•Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation to ensure timely support of system.•Performs other duties as assigned•Manages projects and serves as primary customer contact.•Defines and maintains project plan and schedules.
