I joined Bionic Films as its first employee and within few years, the hard work took it to the league of leading production houses in the industry. I am leading the production department and oversee all the aspects of the production process, from concept development to final delivery and produced local and international award-winning TV commercials for leading brands like Coca-Cola, Pepsi Co, Tang, Peugeot, Samsung, Cadbury, Knorr, Dove, Pond’s, Vaseline, Surf Excel, Lifebuoy, OLX, UC Browser, Foodpanda, Spotify, Telenor and many more.-Leading a team of producers, line producers, production managers and post-producers.-Managing the organizational operations and implement efficient operating procedures.-Managing relationships with clients and ensuring that the service quality meets the client expectations.-Collaborating with the creative teams to develop concepts and strategies for TV commercials and digital films.-Managing all aspects of the production process, including, pre-production, production and post-production.-Managing budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.-Overseeing the VFX production process, from pre-production planning to on-set supervision to post-production review.-Working closely with the VFX artists and animation teams for animated films.-Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issue that arise during the production process.
