Consisted of a team of 2 junior designers, 2 senior designer and 2 Trade Workers. Working on individual and combined design, interior-, exterior and installation projects that included everything from brainstorming ideas and concepts, to designing for big and small clients, implementing marketing strategies and collaborating closely with the production team and print houses, to installing signage and building stalls. Expected to take a designer's layout and make sure that it’s ready for pre-press and press. Technical knowledge and skills needed from a Mac Operator/Finished Artist point of view to produce the final product.
