I’m a multi-disciplined strategic marketer and agency account leader with 20+ years of experience in the U.S. and APAC. I’ve spent most of my career at founder-led independent creative agencies, working across diverse brands and verticals, launching integrated campaigns, and spearheading repositioning initiatives. Clients include American Express, Chase, Deloitte, Voya, Bacardi, Smirnoff, Johnson & Johnson, and Covetrus. I've helped these global brands remain relevant and culturally fluent to increasingly diverse audiences.I was not always in client services. I studied design and worked my first decade as a digital creative. Seeing the gaps between client and agency, I realized my true value in facilitating relationships. I have loved serving my clients, taking their gnarly challenges head-on to generate outcomes.
