I left this place due to lack of growth, and a very toxic work environment. This place does not follow their mission at all, and treats, their employees very poorly.

I started here at the front desk first learning check out and within a week was moved to check in. Within a month I was made the front and Supervisor and given a promotion. Finally, I was giving my second promotion to become a medical assistant.However, this company or should I say the office manager within this company has created such a toxic work environment that it began to affect my mental health, and everyone employed there was so frightened to speak up in fear of losing their job, I would not suggest this place of employment for anyone unless they replace the office manager, who is highly inappropriate, disrespectful, and takes advantage of her position to the fullest! She makes false promises, and then will deny them right to her employees faces.

The reason for my short term employment in this office was due to me, being in a horrific car accident and being hospitalized after. Unfortunately, they could not wait for me to get out of physical therapy to find a replacement.

I was hired to be a receptionist, and then promoted to front and manager.

I had to leave because I was in a very bad car accident and was in physical therapy for months as well as the hospital. So they had to fill my position with someone else.

I started at the front desk and then learned check out and then I was promoted to scheduling, and finally promoted to scheduling manager where I managed our five locations and over 16 doctors schedules.

Greater Baltimore Medical Center, Front End Manager, -2014Answered telephones, reviewed incoming correspondence, greeted visitors/patients, managed correspondence via fax, maintained a standard of superior customer service, handled monetary patient co-payments, handled all six doctors schedules and patients appointments, and delivery's, cesareans, non-stress test, etc. All while balancing the Doctors personal schedules as well.
