• Reviews reports, processes, and systems to identify problems. Interprets and communicates compliance policies data trends and issues. Makes recommendations for action plans
• Contribute to the development and improvement of HR services by identifying best practices and continuous process improvement. Ensure correct procedure is adhered to for any implementation of change
• Ensuring robust internal operating procedures are implemented and documented, that comply with appropriate control Framework data management controls
• Drive and ensure HR data integrity and standardization while conducting root cause analysis to ensure continuous improvement
• Collaborate with HR colleagues and business stakeholders across the globe to identify and propose process improvement
• Support and serve as a point of contact for internal and external control organizations (i.e., Internal Audit (IA), Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM), Operational Risk Management (ORM), Regulators, etc.)

• Reviews documents and reports related to employee records in Human Resources processes (e.g., new hire on-boarding, compensation, termination) and verifies their accuracy; participates in information-gathering sessions.
• Maintains and updates employee record database; enters data and reviews data input to ensure accuracy; identifies and reports discrepancies or issues in data administration
• Troubleshoots and reports issues or risks related to data integrity, security, and privacy and recommends needed fixes; works with team members to identify relevant factors related to the issue; protects data privacy.
• Provide work direction to team members. Ensure all deadlines are met in a timely fashion and technology is used productively
• Lead and execute top priority projects to streamline the operations support and enhance the brand experience for candidates/team members
