As a process technician, my main responsibility is to watch over and improve the manufacturing process to ensure it runs smoothly. I'm responsible for changing and adjusting machine settings, resolving equipment malfunctions, and performing failure analysis to identify and correct flaws. I also set up the machines, change the machine parts, watch and test the batch quality, and make sure the production standards are met. Last but not least, I look for areas of production that can be improved or enhanced and implement strategies to optimize production rates. Other responsibilities include maintaining a clean and safe manufacturing environment, reporting issues and breakdowns to supervisors and production engineers, and ensuring that team members follow safety precautions and standards.As a member of the engineering staff, I performed a variety of administrative duties in the office, such as handling the incoming and outgoing mail, keeping track of the engineering inventory and ordering new supplies as needed, taking incoming calls, and data entry. I also make sure to submit the assignments I'm given on time. Prepare documents and equipments for calibration.
