After a 2 year stint in banking, I’ve spent the last 12 years in many project development and construction roles (project finance, project manager, engineering team lead, business development manager, project engineer). This has enabled me to hone my skills in developing, financing and managing large sustainability projects (energy efficiency, energy infrastructure and power generation) for cities, schools, hospitals, commercial properties, hotels and casinos. I have also led teams of junior PMs through their training and guided in establishing their own standards of excellence.Consequently, I am well qualified to develop, manage and implement complex, multi-disciplinary projects with extensive experience in the public, healthcare, commercial and hospitality sectors. My specialties include: ESCO business model, general construction, design-build, energy efficiency, renewables, team leadership, project management, project finance, operations, demand creation, development, estimating, contract negotiations, risk mitigation, and project execution.
