The values that guide me—INTEGRITY, ACCOUNTABILITY, and a PASSION FOR EXCELLENCE—shine through in my work, where I strive to drive financial efficiency and strategic insights for my team and organization.My Other Roles Includes:● Preparation of Credit Limit workings for Pan India Channel Partners and Uploadation of Approved Credit Limits in SAP on Banking Holidays and Month-End.● Prepararing reports and Analysing of Debtors Ageing ,Overdues or Advance more than 6 months for Management review, alongwith handling Onboarding and Full & Final Settlement of Channel partners, including initiating registration into NACH & Channel Finance Facility.● Preparation of Provisions for TOT (Terms of Trade) on monthly and Provision for Doubtful Debts on Half-yearly and Yearly Basis.● Preparations and Reconcilition of vendors and customers through self designed reconciliation framework for monthly purchase and sales activities, resulting in a 40% decrease in reconciliation time, allowing finance team members to focus on strategic analysis and planning.● Handling queries and settlement of credit / debit notes of all the channel partners and Creating Claim sheets with workings for TOT on monthly basis for pre-assigned approvals. Along with reconciliation of the Suspense a/c on timely basis.● Preparation of Virtual Account Numbers (VAN) and getting it mapped through Banks.● Preparation of documents for New / Renewal of Sanction of Loans like Working Capital and Term Loans along with preparation of Stock Statements and Drawing Power Calculations based on Trial Balance and other reports and sending it to the concerned banks timely, also arranging and scheduling timely payments of Foreign Remittance(Imports) & Other day to day transactional documents along with communications with all Banks related to the tasks assigned by the management.● Timely preparation of Shoratge Tracker Report (Weekly) and Approval Notes (Quaterely).
