Lead the creation of Mobile Apps that serve two communities, customers that drive subscriptions with beauty products, and partner with Agents that act as a non-traditional retail team. The core to the success of R+F is incentivizing Agents to use their own social networks to drive marketing through commissions. This model drove 100% YOY growth for over 6 years in a row.

Oversaw all aspects of Product for an iPhone first Mobile Comics Publisher. Oversaw all aspects as a Co-Founder including funding, headhunting, tool selection, office space, and office cleaning. Built a subscription model to drive lower mobile customer acquisition cost with the idea of offering world premier content debuting every day for a low monthly fee. With the help of a world class editorial team we had over 65 comic series with some of the biggest names in comics such as Evan Dorkin, Ron Wimberly, Louise Simonson, etc. Unlike companies like Webtoon, we paid a fair page rate to every team and avoided creating a user generated mountain of uncurated content.
