About Sarah Cusack (Nee Hart)
As a proud neurodiverse woman, I am passionate about creating safe spaces for people to be themselves. My special interest has always been people and human behaviour, which means I have a drive and curiosity for why we do the things we do. There has been a common thread in all my roles for championing a 'human first' lens in everything, from services and experiences to the leadership that underpins them. I spend most of my days listening, making people feel comfortable to share their stories and really feel 'heard' in how they experience their time at work and their life. I am able to translate this into programs, processes and experiences that people actually want to participate in and drive engagement. I thrive on understanding human behaviour and supporting people to deeply understand themselves. Through this method I have delivered organisational transformation and culture disruption via new ways of working and holistic process and service redesign. I'm at my best working across multi disciplinary teams and championing a new age of self-leadership where emotional intelligence and humanness is at the core of how we show up, interact and do business. From a coaching lens, I specialise in developing emotional intelligence for self-led female leaders and early stage entrepreneurs who want courageous confidence and wild self-belief, so that they can bring their big visions to life.
