Managed the planning and execution of the Installation CYP, including School Age Care, Youth Programs, and Resource and Referral programs. Recognized with “Best in Region” status from Commander Navy Installations Command.o During the interview, my exceptional verbal skills secured a full-time position at the program, which staff members had been striving to attain for years. Within 8 months of being promoted to Assistant Director of Evening Programs, I advanced three pay grades above my initial position.
