Currently, I am a part of a small startup team. We are developing a routing system that prioritizes the efficient dispatching of orders on demand. Our ultimate goal is to empower small and medium-sized businesses, enabling them to deliver services of comparable quality to those offered by large corporations - same day delivery, the ability to order at the exact time.I am responsible for the design of the entire platform for setting up algorithms and managing orders.After half a year of work, we launched the MVP and found the first clients.Right now I'm focused on improving order handling scenarios for managers and reducing the amount of work required to process an order.

We recently launched a new service designed to help users find cleaners, plumbers, and other qualified craftsmen. Our main goal was to contribute to the uberization of home services.My role was to develop a B2B platform for craftsmen and partners. Also, I worked on client pages for key business areas, such as cleaning and water delivery.In the B2B aspect, I was responsible for quality metrics, including the percentage of completed orders, late orders, and cancellations due to the contractor.In terms of client interfaces, I focused on increasing conversion rates and retention.

I was responsible for developing commercial scenarios for queries related to organizations and travel within the Yandex search service. Our focus was on boosting the sales of air tickets, train tickets, and hotel bookings, as well as driving increased visits to commercial organizations through the search page.One of my significant accomplishments in this role was achieving an increase in air ticket sales originating from the search page. Additionally, I successfully launched a script that enabled users to book hotels directly from the search results page, eliminating the need to visit aggregator sites.

I worked on designing and improving search scenarios for organizations, such as shops, cafes, hotels, and more, within the Yandex search service. My primary objective was to optimize user metrics by enhancing the speed at which they could find the desired information.
