Currently working with Honeywell Uniformance line of products for developing, implementing, installing and configuring Honeywell Process Solutions products- Uniformance Asset Sentinel (UAS), Uniformance PHD (Process History Database) for refineries, petrochemicals and other chemical industries. The main objective is to overcome key customer challenges such as Unplanned Downtime, Under-performing Assets, Human Capital Challenges etc. and provide expert driven execution based on the history data captured through historian and provide with the benchmarks to work upon and increase the efficiency. Implemented the Uniformance line of solutions in the some of the India's biggest Refineries like Indian Oil, HPCL (Mumbai Refinery), HMEL (Bathinda) and MRPL (Mangalore). On top of historian data implementation of the user side software's enabling them to easily visually the data for analysis.Implemented report automation of Site Shift Manager (SSM) Report (Daily Summary Report) at Reliance Industries Ltd. for Baroda Manufacturing Division through Honeywell Manufacturing Information Intelligence System. SSM report is considered to be one of the most critical and important report for plant operations, enabling the stakeholders for easy analysis of the process.Implemented the Process Monitoring solution at Reliance Industries Ltd. for Baroda Manufacturing Division.Process Monitoring Solution utilizes the following four products namely Asset Manager (Uniformance Asset Sentinel), Process Historian Database (PHD), KPI Manager & Uniformance Process Studio (UPS).
