Mr. Shivam Gupta has an extensive experience of about nine years as a Criminal litigator. He has been dealing with Criminal matters, Property matters, Service matters, RERA matters, Civil disputes, Matrimonial disputes, Writ petitions etc.Mr. Gupta is presently working independently and is also Panel Advocate for Lucknow Development Authority. Previously, he was associated with Advocate Prashant Singh Atal (presently Chief Standing Counsel-1st in the Lucknow High Court), Co-chairman of Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh and Dr. V K Singh (present Government Advocate in the Lucknow High Court)Mr. Gupta has previously served as a Law Researcher for more than a year at the Supreme Court of India having been appointed by Chief Justice of India and deputed to Hon'ble Supreme Court Justice Abhay Manohar Sapre (as he then was) where his work mostly constituted of extensive legal research, legal drafting and briefing.Mr. Gupta actively takes pro-bono cases and is associated with many non-profit organization which aims to protect the rights of underprivileged women, children and prisoners.
