Property Administrator
Current- Support 3 RECX Managers which comprises a portfolio of 81 customers occupying over 30 million sq ft. Buildings are located in the cities of Fontana, Moreno Valley, Redlands, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Victorville. - Oversee the full cycle of a service request: ticket submission through invoicing process while using company’s portal. - Maintain AR on a monthly basis, follow up with customers for unpaid rent, and update system notes as needed. - Notify customers of vendor visits, repairs, or miscellaneous requests. - Obtain proposals for maintenance, draft up contracts, and send for execution. - Designated Office Fun Ambassador role which is in charge of organizing events that foster company’s culture while boosting employee engagement.
