As VP of Software Development, I was responsible for the company's product roadmap. I was also acting manager of our software development team of 6 and quality assurance team of 4. This included task assignment, professional development and mentoring. I also served as the lead architect and developer of our integration applications.The sale and implementation of the software I oversaw generated over $10M in revenue during my tenure as VP of Product Development.While in this position, I grew the development team from 3 developers to 6 developers and 4 quality assurance engineers. I also guided the team through the evaluation and implementation of the Squish test automation tool. Finally, I oversaw the introduction of 3 new applications to the market.

As Product Development Manager, I was responsible for architecting, developing and testing our flagship integration product, GeoWorx Sync. I also coordinated the daily activities of the development team, working on 4 different products.The sale and implementation of the software I oversaw generated over $6M in revenue during my tenure as Product Development Manager.I investigated each new integrated system's available APIs and determined a best fit for our productized connectors. I led the development and testing of each productized connector.I installed and maintained Oracle DB, IBM DB2, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, ArcSDE, ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Server, IBM WebSphere, IBM Maximo, Oracle WebLogic Server, Oracle Utilities WAM, Oracle Utilities C2M, Oracle Utilities CC&B and SAP ECC 6.

As GIS Practice Group Manager, I was responsible for the direction of our team of GIS developers. This is included project assignment, performance evaluations and code reviews. I also acted as a development consultant on integration projects that required GIS development.The integrations were primarily between Esri ArcGIS and IBM Maximo, and 311 Call Center software. The integrations included data exchange between the systems as well as map visualization of managed infrastructure within work and asset management. Development languages included C#, Java, JavaScript, SQL and Python. Clients consisted of county and municipal government as well as water distribution, wastewater collection and electric distribution utilities.

I acted as a development consultant on integration projects that required GIS development. The integrations were primarily between Esri ArcGIS and IBM Maximo, and 311 Call Center software.One client study proved that the 2 year savings on the data integration between Esri ArcGIS and IBM Maximo saved $400k over previous manual processes. I deployed this integration for 10 total customers for over $1M in revenue.

I acted as a development consultant on integration projects that required GIS development. The integrations were primarily between Esri ArcGIS and IBM Maximo, Datastream 7i, Hansen 7 and SAP R/3.The integrations provided instant access to data within each system that previously required up to 2 weeks to acquire via requests for custom reports from business analysts.
