I'm a Data and User-driven Product & UX Manager with a passion to fuse Self-Awareness with the Agile Mindset.I have over 15 years of experience creating solutions for multiple industries which include Automotive, Fintech, Web3, Energytech, Sustainability, Health & Fitness, Consumer Appliances, e-Commerce, Business Management, Logistics, Insurance, F&B and Travel.I am currently Head of Product & UX at Motorist.sg (automotive marketplace), incorporating design strategically to optimize its mobile app and web services.I'm passionate about building products and started GdWrk to create my own mini products and services such as GdApp and Green Guide SG.I have worked with digital teams of all sizes, ranging from high-growth startups like Glife (foodtech) to larger companies such as SPgroup (energytech) with the aim to contribute to Product, UX and Agile Leadership.With change, comes discomfort and resistances to adapt into new mindsets and practices.
