Adeola Adebayo is a visionary, leader and change maker. He is the founder of Divasity.com a Technology Startup and marketplace for startup entrepreneurs to work on their businesses and access guaranteed funding. He also co-founded other startups. His passion is to inspire entrepreneurs to develop inclusive business models that contribute to social development. Through his organizations, he provides mentoring to over 100 young leaders and empowers an average of 20 entrepreneurs monthly through training and business development.He had a very early start working on businesses as a result of being raised by a mother who believed in taking her children through her business processes. This experience has cumulated in a 22 years experience of working with startups to build inclusive business models. His work has resulted in the facilitation of over 210,000 USD in cash/resources funding for these startups, majority of which were owned by female entrepreneurs. He has been involved in the development of over 20 projects from the idea stage. These projects include but not limited to business organizations, non-governmental organizations, library establishment, movie project, music project, books, departments, educational games, software, websites and so on. He is a certified entrepreneur participating in programmes of the University of Lagos Innovation 2 Market, Y Combinator Startup School, the Connak Foundation Entrepreneurship Initiative (COFEI) and Enterprise Development Centre, Lagos Business School.
