CurrentCore : OPERATIONS I was responsible for planning deliverables and test drives allocation, monitoring drivers productivity & quality, monitoring app/catalog issue, raising requests promptly, following up with concerned team for resolution. Other priorities included setting up process and transitioning process as necessary.1. Asset tracking & mapping :Tracking, Mapping and assigning the assets in the center every week will ensure the devices are properly maintained.2. Inventory Dashboard : This will help us to keep a track of the vehicle that are to be stoked in and the vehicles that have to be sent to yard without any delay from the center's and for the external movements.3. End to End Tracker :Assigning drivers for the internal and external movements and following up timely responses.4. Maintaining Master data for all ops related works:This will help in completing all the operational work before the timelines so that every criteria is met.5. Last Mile Operations:Managing the teams of driver's for the last mile operations of the chennai deliveries and test drives from the B2C yard.
