As the VP of Operations at the OpenInfra Foundation, a non-profit open source foundation, I am responsible for business operations, as well as, product strategy and execution. I am responsible for the buildout, management, and strategy of key operations functions with a goal of creating business success and operational efficiencies. The root of my role is to provide value to our community of corporate members, developers, and users. Most recently, I led the launch of OpenInfra Foundation's open source project hosting model and the establishment of new regional hubs: OpenInfra Europe and OpenInfra Asia. I am a strategic leader with entrepreneurial roots, focusing on results over process. I enjoy digging into the details that lead to results we can be proud of as a team. I have experience leading cross-functional teams across design, product, web, and marketing both in-house and through vendors. My strength comes in balancing creative vision with high-level business goals, tracking and executing on the details needed to achieve those goals and getting my hands dirty when needed. At crunch time you might find me writing/designing decks for keynotes, designing/building out landing pages for product launches, or working with counsel to bridge the gap between legal and business needs.
