With over 40 years experience in construction, I focus on understanding an organisations activities and the relative risks, with a view to identify & evaluate processes that can best suit the key areas of an organisation's strength. Collectively we develop fit for purpose strategies with attention on evaluation of works wishing to be secured and contract management. Procedures to be implemented will help identify risk & opportunities associated with securing projects and to optimize the successful delivery of projects. With effective procedures to continually monitor & evaluate progress, will foster effective risk management to optimise goals & outcomes relative to the risk appetite. Consideration to expectations by interested third parties including program, product quality & workplace environment, demand a higher focus. With procedures to help an organisation identify contractual obligation, relevance, severity / likelihood of the risks that may impact your organisation will determine the depth of procedures required to maintain business control and success. As per AS/NZS 9001-2016 Quality mgmt system criteria, successful organisations consider stakeholder expectations, have strategies to continually improve all aspects of an organisation's process/s. To achieve this, organisations need to identify their client / projects, evaluate staff competency relative to the projects, have staff development procedures in place and establish leaders to drive the delivery of the services in a regulated and fast changing environment. With an objective evaluation of existing risk procedures, I work to support an organisation to be resilient, so that they may be successful
