I have worked in facilities asset management for over 25 years managing high rise buildings, hospitals universities, retail and commercial facilities across multiple sites and states on behalf of major Australian companies. During this time i have gained a vast knowledge of acceptable condition and compliance states of all types of assets, external and internal including computerised building management, air-conditioning, personnel access, video security and fire systems, vast experience in the Engineering and Facilities sector capable of undertaking all parts of the asset management life cycle from asset condition assessments through to project management of works.
