Was accountable for client relationship management and financial performance of the key corporate account and its subsidiary brands, successfully launching 20 wireless handsets, meeting all commercial launch requirements. Managed production, maintenance and updating of a comprehensive suite of web based products and services designed to increase revenue and streamline customer relations. Hired, trained, and coached a staff of 17 comprised of 10 Web Developers, 5 Assistant Web Designers and 2 Technical and Administrative Support. Successfully managed the daily workflow for a staff that included multiple web development teams, web maintenance and support staff and domain management team.Championed a new product offering for custom website development. Led the web development department from zero profitability to become a profit center, with a net income of $2.85 million by 2003.
