I am a Hydrocarbon Accountant with more than a decade’s experience working in the oil and gas sector dealing with hydrocarbon accounting and allocation. I have a detailed knowledge of Quantity Allocation as well as an in depth understanding of data analytics, oil and gas metering and hydrocarbon sales coordination and management. I am very well organised and have a keen attention to detail, which means that all of the tasks entrusted to me are invariably completed on time and to full specification. This general aptitude is supported by my strong technical skills and an aptitude for managing hydrocarbon sales agreements: I am always working hard to find new and innovative ways of enhancing service standards for the business that I work with. I also pride myself on being able to work quickly and effectively in appraising all of the potential issues and problems that might affect any aspect of the business as they arise, getting to understand them as best I can and working to find a solution without causing undue delay.In my various career roles I have worked in both drilling and production environments in the North Sea and Mozambique as well as office based roles in Aberdeen and Johannesburg.I work well with teams of people of varying sizes and enjoy the process of collaborative working very much, getting everyone to work as effectively as possible towards the desired objective It gives me great satisfaction to see everything come together at the end of the day.
