Responsible for Management of Major Mod Projects Team. Small projects are classified as Aircraft Modification Kits designed and Manufactured by Field Aviation from design Stage to Fabrication/Installation and Certification of all Kits Supplied by Field Aviation including existing STC's or New STC applications with the respective regulatory bodies.Manage Project budget and Schedule to ensure Projects are done on time and on or Under Budget.Prepare Monthly Management reports for the Projects that are Assigned to My Team.Prepare Customer Reports outlining deliverables and progress on Projects as required.Prepare Agenda and Chair Weekly Meeting on all Assigned Projects.Manage assigned resources assigned to the team and a carry out appraisal as per company procedures.Chair regular team meetings with the team to discuss projetcs status and obstactles that may impede progress and or productivity. Ensure team moral is high and manage conflicts effectively.
