Luka tells the story of lives scarred by wars past and present, including in unforeseeable ways. As light is shone upon the atrocities committed, so the main characters - L., U., K., and A. - are confronted with the dilemmas of truth and justice, and the struggle to reconcile and forgive. Their willingness and ability to resolve these conundrums will ultimately determine whether they can find peace and harmony with one another. Their stories - inspired by Bosnia and Herzegovina and the wars in the former Yugoslavia - are universal and timeless.

- Planning, developing and implementing the National Minorities Section's programme and projects in accordance with the Mission's mandate and Department's objectives;- Ensuring effective management, supervision and control of OSCE funds, including extra-budgetary funds related to the National Minorities Section's programme;- Advising the Head of the Department and the Mission management on the Mission's priorities, policies and interventions in the area of the Section's competencies, including through regular reporting and analysis;- Directing and guiding the implementation of the National Minorities Section's programme; establishing mechanisms for effective monitoring and self-evaluation of projects and activities;- Supervising reporting, analyses, publication and public outreach; delivering speeches, briefings and presentations; attending and representing the Section at various events;- Ensuring the Section's compliance with OSCE project and programmatic guidelines and the administrative regulatory framework;- Liaising and maintaining effective relations with the Section's interlocutors, government officials, international organizations, civil society representatives and national minority representatives, to ensure the best use of OSCE resources, compatibility of projects and a co-ordinated approach;- Ensuring that the protection of national minorities is synergetic with other interventions of the Mission; co-ordinating the work of the Section with other Sections/Departments in the Mission.

- Contribute on policy level to the Mission's mandate implementation in line with CONOPS, OPLAN and Mission Implementation Plan (MIP), with regard to the Mission ́s efforts in the north of Kosovo;- Work closely with the EUSR ́s dialogue implementation team;- Liaise and represent EULEX Kosovo externally, including in discussions with international organizations and local political actors in the north of Kosovo; - Maintain close links with the lines of operation manager for the north and with the lines of operation managers for Belgrade-Pristina relations to ensure coherence across the Mission.

- Directed and supervised the Office's work of the Regional Liaison Office in Belgrade and its interaction with the Serbian authorities;- Represented EULEX in Belgrade, with a particular emphasis on relations with the offices of the President and Prime Minister, respectively; plus the Ministries of Justice, Interior, Defence, and Foreign Affairs, respectively.- Acted as focal point for on-going Belgrade-Pristina dialogue, liaising closely with Serbian counterparts, particularly from the Serbian Government's Office for Kosovo and Metohija.- Liaison with EU operations and representatives in Belgrade/Pristina and with the EEAS, Council and relevant Commission Services in Brussels.- Monitored and reported on political developments in Serbia, whilst influencing developments of relevance to the Mission's mandate.

- Monitor political developments in Brcko District to identify events or trends relevant to the Mission's political and programmatic objectives;- Provides advice to senior management on measures to address political obstacles to programme implementation and to enhance the political impact of programmatic activities;- Early-warning monitoring and conflict analysis, along with the development of a three-year Conflict Prevention Plan.

- Founded a UK-registered charity undertaking conflict transformation projects and research.- Established a Global Coalition for Conflict Transformation, comprised of non-governmental organizations committed to upholding and implementing the principles of conflict transformation.
