I have over 24 years experience in infrastructural property consulting in the Energy, Local Authority and Crown sectors. Prior to this role I was the Energy Sector Manager as a large property consulting firm. Our focus is:- Strategic Project Planning- Feasilibility and Due Diligence Studies - Financial Analysis and Modelling - Project Planning and Management - Acquisition of land interests- Valuation methodology reviews and implementation- Community and Stakeholder Engagement I am involved in establishing procedures for the acquisition of public infrastructure for client projects. The projects are as diverse as:- Renewable energy developments- Acquisition of property interest for roading, water, communications assets and other public works- Strategic advice on land re-zoning.I have strong working relationships with other professional disciplines to provide a 'hand picked' Project Team. The Project Teams include:- Design Engineers- Resource Planners- Valuers- Archeologists- Solicitors- Physical Works Contractors - Real Estate Agents
