• Manage End User Computing and Third Line Support for Three UK and Three Ireland.• 18 month secondment in Dublin for Three Ireland during O2 takeover.• Maintain Desktop Infrastructure, SCCM, Active Directory and Group Policy settings.• Lead Central Technical Services Team to improve on SLA and Customer Service targets.• Provide Third Line Support, Application Packaging, Infrastructure upgrades, training for DeskSide Support, Project Teams and I.T. Help Desk to ensure smooth running of the estate.• In 2017 had a major role in an upgrade project for 3,500 Windows 10 computers in Three UK.• In 2012 had a major role in a complete upgrade project for Windows 8, Microsoft DeploymentToolkit (MDT) and Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) across both theUK and Ireland.• Project Managed a refresh of all computers in Three’s Glasgow Contact Centre.• Gained a Work Permit for India and provided Three’s Contact Centre in Mumbai with trainingand build/rebuild processes for them to set up computers for their call handlers.• Worked in a small team, at the start of Three’s foundation in 2002, to design and setup theirWindows Client Infrastructure and software application suite, utilising Windows XP Client,Active Directory, Altiris Deployment Solution, BMC Marimba/BladeLogic Client Managementand Wise Package Studio.
