Successful stakeholder management was critical to each publication’s revenue as publishers, editors, state advertising managers, category managers and senior management all had to have buy in and understanding to allow the national sales team to function effectively. Strategies included a SOV model for our digital display given our CPM was prohibitive due to a niche audience. (Agricultural vertical). Developing branded content opportunities led to a first with Rabobank $2m spend where a micro site housing branded contents as developed, content amplification across Fairfax regional and rural sites and using content distribution platforms to get mass reach. This campaign led to ACM establishing an in-house content studio.Liaising with departments to connect with the audience of the agricultural publications as well as Fairfax Community Media (ACM) 220 regional based newsprint publications. The highlight of the role was the development of the team culture that was extremely fragmented at the beginning.
