The Sales Executive is an integral part of the Everything Ice sales department. Working closely with other members of the sales team, I am tasked with developing new and continued business with a full range of product lines that include the following: - Refrigeration Systems - Ice Rink Floors - Dasherboards - Dehumidifiers - Synthetic Ice - Sport Ice Resurfacers - Rental Skates - All Accessory ItemsAll sales department personnel are responsible for updating sales documents and information daily into Maximizer CRM software. Sales personnel are also responsible for updating pertinent information in the Everything Ice Intranet site, such as quotation tracking and job information. As a Sales Executive, I am responsible for the proper handoff of all new sales to the Project Manager, who will carry out all job related items per contract details.The Sales Executive is also asked, from time to time, to assist in the following areas: - Marketing functions in the following areas o Website o Social Media o Brochure creation/review o Catalog creation/review o Tradeshow display & materials - Attending industry TradeshowsAll sales department personnel are required to travel for basic job functions including: - Site visits - Job meetings - TradeshowsAll sales department personnel should be prepared to work in a team first environment. On a daily basis, all team members should be prepared to review colleagues proposals for accuracy, accompany colleagues on sales calls, take part in sales calls and provide support where needed.

As a salesman I was responsible for efficiently managing my route to make all sales calls in a timely manner. On each sales call I check code dates, stock displays, merchandise the account, sell in new/current brands , build relationships with customers, and look for any opportunities for the brands I represent. I was also responsible for setting up and conducting evening sales promotions.

While at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown I worked as an intern for Enterprise Rent-A-Car in their management trainee program, along with another part time job. During the internship I learned all aspects of the business: finance, marketing, accounting, management, customer service, ect. While an intern I received all above average reviews and kept my sales record above Enterprise Rent-A-Car standards. I have also been recognized by Enterprise Rent-A-Car for setting up local corporate accounts.
