Current responsibilites include the monitoring and reporting to Operations on Lettermail, Personalzied Mail, Neighbourhood Mail, and Registers for improvement opportunites, based on data analysis.These are mature products and the daily/weekly/monthly reports are now well understood and actionable by the reciepients.Also managing system projects to improve the Service Performance, by improving the data capture and decison making of the coding..

As the Corpoarte "Champion" of the Postal Code, this positon was responsible for the "cradle to grave" life cycle of the Canadian Postal Code. New Growth, maintenance and retirement. Accomplished through a Field Network of 72 Delivery Service Officers (DSO) under 6 remote Managers. This responsibility also entailed the maintenance and data integrity for the Address Management System (AMS) database of approx. 15 million addresses in Canada. This was a GIS dbase in constant change via 18 GIS Tech.s. Along with the Dbase manager for maintenance, reporting and data production for products, The policies, procedure and training related to Postal Codes, emanated from our Team under another 2 Managers and Teams for a total of 30 at Head Office.
